Arrive Woods 12 noon

Welcome Fire circle with Tim

Walk into the valley to lake for a dip

Lunch prepared by Imke from Ubuntu food

Wood-fired Sauna & Chill time

Check into accommodation

Drinks & Dinner from Imke at Ubuntu food

Shanty Singing session around the fire with Jassy & Ted

**Thursday 26th Sept**

Breathwork gentle Yoga with Zu (and breathwork training for stress relief)

Brunch from the fires
