Activities:

1. Welcome circle from Campwell team on Tuesday 10th 

2. Wood fired sauna on eve of Tuesday 10th

3. Nature connection session on Wednesday 11th 

4. Walk & Swim in the lake Wednesday 11th (self-guided)

5. Wood fired sauna on Wednesday 11th

6. Guided shanty singing on Wednesday 11th 

7. Yoga/Breathwork on Thursday 12th.
