An introduction to foraging with lunch – learn the essential principles when identifying wild foods. Taking you on a 2 hour walk into our private woodland, experienced forager Leah will introduce you to different edible and poisonous plants, flowers, fruits and mushrooms. Then head back to our outdoor kitchen where you will be met by Elise with a wild cocktail and a light lunch of fire cooked food featuring seasonal wild elements.

Foraging walk

Introduction to foraging – learn some basic but crucial principles when identifying wild foods. Taking you on a 2.5hr walk into our private woodland, experienced forager Leah Apostolou will introduce you to different edible and poisonous plants, flowers, fruits and mushrooms.
